Herbariums have a long history, and we will explore it from a different perspective: our approach is neither scientific nor classificatory! We do not intend to create a catalog or inventory of the work between the residents of the Hostel and the artists and audience of the MIRA Galleries in the Pátio de Miraflor garden, on the street, and in the surrounding area.

We celebrate looking down at all the herbs, especially the “weeds”: we bend down, harvest, and then dry what grows under our feet. In this exhibition, we recount and present plants, herbs, and, above all, the relationships we have cultivated over time.

The opening of this exhibition will take place on Thursday, the 18th, at 5:00 p.m. at the headquarters of Albergues do Porto. An exhibition with the same theme, to which other developments are added, opens on the 20th, at 4:00 p.m. in Miraflor at MIRA Galerias| MIRA FORUM and at the Campanhã branch of Albergues.
