20th MIRA Mobile Prize

The second Open Call of the MIRA Mobile Prize 2025 is dedicated to photography that celebrates Street Photography — the space where life unfolds in all its unpredictability, fleetingness, pain, and poetry.

It is in the street that the human reveals itself, hides, manifests, and reinvents — leading us to places we may never walk, yet are offered to us as fragments of lives both so similar and so different from our own.

The absence of colour evokes the classical heritage of photography, emphasizing shadows, light, and the shifting tones between these contrasting poles.

In this 20th edition of the MIRA Mobile Prize, the winner is Renee Zanone (USA), and the highest-ranked Portuguese photographer is Raquel Lamares.

The exhibition opens on 8 November at 16:00, at Rua de Miraflor 155, featuring the 50 shortlisted photographs and a projection of the top 150 pictures.
