An invitation to celebrate 50 years of Mozambican independence and the poetic expression of different generations of Mozambican visual artists. The exhibition brings to life the intrinsic vitality of this nation through painting, sculpture, video art, and performance—in a continuous dialogue between creators of the past and present, with their hands stretched toward the future of affirming the identity of Mozambican culture in Porto.
